BIM Modeling

Creation of BIM virtual models of Architecture, Structure, Sanitary, Mechanical, Lighting, Electrical and Fire from 2D documentation.

Example: Hotel and casino in EEUU

Clash detections and resolutions

Technology is transforming the AEC industry. At ESE we use it to identify the conflicts that will occur during the work, before it begins. We work for developers, we support architects and we encourage improvement of consultants designs.

Example: Hotel in EEUU

Construction documents production

Production of the necessary documentation to tender and build from the BIM model. Creation of virtual twins that allow the extraction of information and drawings.

Example: Multi-family building in EEUU

4D simulations

Analysis of the constructive sequences based on the work schedule and the information model. Digital work tracking.

Example: National library in Canada

Scan to BIM

Precision digital capture, using Lidar data (laser scanner), of an existing "As built" building, an infrastructure or a building under construction.

Subsequently, the conversion to a BIM model of information is carried out.

BIM implementation

BIM must be part of the organizational strategy to guarantee its implementation, continuity and scalability. That's why we articulate 4 dimensions: people, process, policies and technology.

We have designed five strategies that work on these dimensions;

  1. Low load deployment
  2. Strategic implementation
  3. Deployment by roles
  4. Intensive implementation
  5. Full implementation

All these strategies are addressed through a project management methodology and are based on practice, they are progressive, scalable, and seek not to affect the quality of services or the fulfillment of deadlines.

We have successfully implemented BIM in companies such as Altius Group (, CND ( and Dovat Arquitectos (

Facility Management

We develop BIM models suitable for management and maintenance (Facility Management) during the life cycle.
