Work mode.

Each project has a specialized team with one or more coordinators in charge, depending on its scale and complexity. The coordinators are responsible for the project and serve as the contact person during each stage. They are highly experienced and qualified. Our team can take part in every stage of a project or in the stage that the client prefers: blueprint, advanced blueprint, construction project, interference detection, on-site work direction and/or advising. We use the PHVA management tool - Planning, Doing, Verifying and Acting - which allows for reduction of costs, productivity optimization, profit increase, and ensures coordination. The main characteristic of this cycle is that it has no end.

Planning: Goals are set in this stage and the necessary processes to achieve results are identified together with the client. A schedule for internal and external revisions, the team, the project coordinator, the stages, the regular meetings and the information exchange platforms are set out.

Doing: Project development process, the team works in a multidisciplinary and collaborative way to optimize time. Documents and platforms are used to ensure traceability and coordination.

Verifying: The project coordinator carries out regular revisions following the highest quality standards. Checkup lists, interference software, conflict search, coordination analysis, among others are used.

Acting: Project improvements process. Once the revisions are carried out, if the results do not meet the expectations and goals, the necessary corrections and modifications are made.
